Activity and services consistency: a requirement for consistency in the range of services provided to any given care recipient, in activity coordination and in cohesion between professionals.
Services continuity: a perspective requirement throughout the person's life.
Data management: a requirement for traceability and for evidence of the relevance of all care service activities. The promotion of citizenship, along with the quest for autonomization and community integration of care recipients, transform the work habits of all professionals. Wherever the professional is, s/he should be able to access their tools and share information with other professionnals, in a swift and secure way.
